If better self-care was one of your 2016 resolutions (and especially if it wasn’t!), you’re invited to join Brittlyn Riley-Meade, LCPC, ATR and me for a mindfulness-based art therapy workshop designed to get your self-care back on track. No art experience necessary!
In this workshop, you’ll create a “Feel Good File,” designed to remind you of the meaningful work you do, the healing impact you have on others, and the importance of your own well-being. Take it with you and keep it close by for tough days. Keep adding to it as you come across inspiring quotes, images, photographs, letters — anything that fills you up. Your Feel Good File will be a healing, inspirational jewel shining in the depths of your drawer!
