Core Wisdom: Write Your Way Clear Workshop

Women often put their own feelings aside in order to meet the needs of others. Taking just a few minutes each day to write down our feelings, without censoring them, allows us to shift our energy from self-repression to self-discovery. This is how we heal.

Studies show that the act of putting pen to paper utilizes the rational left-brain, freeing up the creative right brain to more easily accesses feelings and intuition. Writing freely brings clarity about our true feelings and creates connection to our true selves.

Join us to excavate your Core Wisdom via Journal Writing, Mindful Movement & Chakra Meditation.

Tea & snacks will be served. Bring a journal, your favorite writing instrument, and dress comfortably. Get ready to Write Your Way Clear!
